Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of PEMA products and services offered by TOMA Water. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Plans

PEMA is offered as Flex ($74.90/month plus a $199 one-time activation fee, cancel anytime), Membership ($64.90/month, $0 activation, 12-month minimum term then month-to-month), and Buy PEMA ($799.90 one-time). Subscription renewal terms are described in our Subscription Terms.

Ownership

With Flex and Membership, PEMA retains ownership of the unit while your subscription is active. With Buy PEMA, you own the unit outright.

Installation

Standard professional installation coordinated by PEMA is included at launch. Non-standard plumbing, electrical work, or additional installation requirements may involve an additional charge, disclosed and approved before proceeding. Customers may also use their own appropriately licensed installer.

Warranty

Buy PEMA is intended to include a 1-year limited warranty. See our Warranty page for details.
