Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to PEMA Flex and PEMA Membership subscriptions offered by TOMA Water. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Flex

$74.90/month plus a $199 one-time activation fee. Your subscription automatically renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.

Membership

$64.90/month with $0 activation. 12-month minimum term. After the initial term, your subscription automatically continues month-to-month at $64.90/month until cancelled.

What's included

The PEMA unit is included while your subscription remains active. Replacement filters and standard service are included for as long as your plan is active.

Ownership and return

PEMA retains ownership of the unit while your subscription is active. When the service ends, the unit must be returned or collected according to the plan terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel online via Account → Manage Plan → Cancel Plan. Flex may be cancelled at any time. Membership has a 12-month minimum term.

[PENDING FINAL TERMS / LEGAL REVIEW] Early Membership cancellation mechanics, remaining payment obligations, satisfaction-guarantee exceptions, equipment pickup and removal, condition of returned equipment, and any removal or pickup charges are being finalized.

Satisfaction guarantee

[PENDING LEGAL APPROVAL] PEMA intends to offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Membership and Flex. Refund, cancellation, removal, and equipment-return mechanics have not yet been finalized.
